Saintlings Privacy Policy

Saintlings is made by SLATEWORKS, LLC for children ages 4–7 and their families. We built it the way we'd want any app our own kids use to be built: we do not collect personal information from children. Period.

What the app does and doesn't collect

• No personal information from children. No names, no emails, no photos, no location, no contacts, no microphone — the app never asks and has no way to collect them.
• An anonymous device identifier. The app creates a random identifier (e.g., "device:a1b2…") stored on your device. It is not linked to any person and is used solely to remember progress (earned saint cards) and your family's subscription status.
• First-party functionality data only. Our own server records that an anonymous device completed a story or that a subscription is active. We use no third-party analytics SDKs and no advertising SDKs of any kind.

No ads. No tracking. No third parties.

Saintlings contains no advertising, no behavioral tracking, no social features, no chat, no user-generated content, and no external links in the child experience. Grown-up areas (settings, subscription) are protected by a parental gate.

Purchases

The optional Family Plan subscription is processed entirely by Apple. We use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service, to validate purchases; it receives only the anonymous device identifier and purchase status — never personal information. Payment details stay with Apple and are never visible to us.

COPPA

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, including its 2025 amendments. Because we do not collect personal information from children, no parental consent for data collection is required — there is nothing to consent to.

Data deletion

Deleting the app removes the device identifier from your device. To request deletion of the associated anonymous progress records from our server, email us with nothing more than a request — we'll handle it.
